There are currently 17 new products in the pipeline designed to take Icelandic sourced food products and add value for both the local market and export. We are building a pan-European brand with our sights on expanding into the U.S. grocery trade.

Nordic Bounty’s glazed salmon is nearing its official launch. The initial distribution strategy targets grocery stores and tourist-oriented retail outlets in Iceland, as well as premium grocery and high-end snack markets in the United States, followed by Sweden, the Baltics, and other regions where smoked or dried snack foods are culturally aligned and existing distribution network are ready to support market entry. Flash-frozen fish products and high-end broths are currently undergoing production negotiations to enter production in late 2025.
